Aisle Tell Your Story – Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you (“the Client”) and Aisle Tell Your Story (“we”, “us”, or “our”) for wedding content creation services. By booking with us, you agree to the following:
1. Services Provided
We provide wedding content creation services including on-the-day content capture, editing, delivery, and optional add-ons. All services are detailed in your booking confirmation.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to your wedding day. Bookings confirmed once deposit is received. Late payment may result in cancellation.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client must provide accurate event details, secure permissions, inform guests, provide dinner if 8 hour package is chosen, and ensure reasonable access to locations.
4. Content Capture & Creative Approach
We use professional judgment to capture content. We cannot guarantee specific moments. Not responsible for missed content due to restrictions, interference, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Delivery of Content
Content delivered digitally within 48 hours. Delivery times may vary.
6. Content Usage & Permissions
We never share content without documented consent. Client may choose usage permissions for portfolio, social media, marketing, or none.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client cancellations: booking fee non-refundable. Rescheduling subject to availability. If we cancel, we attempt replacement or issue full refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for equipment failure, delays, or indirect losses. Liability limited to amount paid.
9. Data Protection
Handled according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
Terms governed by laws of England and Wales.
