By booking with us, you agree to the following:<\/p><p>1. Services Provided<\/p><p>We provide wedding content creation services including on-the-day content capture, editing, delivery, and optional add-ons. All services are detailed in your booking confirmation.<\/p><p>2. Booking &amp; Payment<\/p><p>A non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to your wedding day. Bookings confirmed once deposit is received. Late payment may result in cancellation.<\/p><p>3. Client Responsibilities<\/p><p>Client must provide accurate event details, secure permissions, inform guests, provide dinner if 8 hour package is chosen, and ensure reasonable access to locations.<\/p><p>4. Content Capture &amp; Creative Approach<\/p><p>We use professional judgment to capture content. We cannot guarantee specific moments. Not responsible for missed content due to restrictions, interference, or unforeseen circumstances.<\/p><p>5. Delivery of Content<\/p><p>Content delivered digitally within 48 hours. Delivery times may vary.<\/p><p>6. Content Usage &amp; Permissions<\/p><p>We never share content without documented consent. Client may choose usage permissions for portfolio, social media, marketing, or none.<\/p><p>7. Cancellations &amp; Rescheduling<\/p><p>Client cancellations: booking fee non-refundable. Rescheduling subject to availability. If we cancel, we attempt replacement or issue full refund.<\/p><p>8. Limitation of Liability<\/p><p>We are not liable for equipment failure, delays, or indirect losses. Liability limited to amount paid.<\/p><p>9. Data Protection<\/p><p>Handled according to our Privacy Policy.<\/p><p>10. Governing Law<\/p><p>Terms governed by laws of England and Wales.<\/p><p>11.
